Website builds are one-off projects priced at $1,490, $2,990 or $4,990 + GST. Hosting, platform subscriptions and paid extras are separate from the build price and confirmed in your quote.
We build modern, fast websites using clean code, with custom development as our preferred approach for speed and flexibility. You can access your source code and choose your host or developer, with ownership set out in your quote. If you prefer Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, BigCommerce or another platform, we can accommodate that too. Your platform choice is included within the package's agreed scope.

Build costs, ongoing costs and handover
Your build quote
Payment is 100% upfront. Getting payment out of the way at the start lets us focus on the work and our long-term relationship with you. Work begins once payment and the required project materials are received. Your quote confirms the scope and launch milestones.
Costs after launch
BMAD hosting starts from $66 per month including GST. The hosting arrangement depends on your platform. Platform plans, domains, paid apps and ongoing support are confirmed separately so you can see which charges recur.
Ownership and access
You own the website content and design assets we create specifically for your project. BMAD retains its proprietary frameworks, reusable code libraries, templates and development methods. For custom builds, you can request the source code at any stage to change host or developer. Third-party platforms, themes and apps retain their own licensing and transfer conditions.
For ecommerce, tell us your product range, payment, shipping and inventory requirements. We will confirm which features fit the package and which need a separate quote. Explore our development process.
30 days of uncapped revisions after launch
We want you to be happy with your website. For the 30 days after launch, there is no cap on revision requests. We keep working with you to refine the website and make sure it reflects your business.
New functionality or additional services can be quoted separately. Your project quote sets out the website we are building together.

Website project questions and terms
How long will my website take?
Your quote sets out the delivery timeline for your scope. Work starts after full payment and receipt of the required content and materials. Content, access and feedback readiness affect the launch date.
Do you write the copy and messaging?
We can help with copy and messaging. Your quote confirms which pages we will write and which content and images you will supply.
Can I add more pages later?
Yes. We can quote for additional pages or functionality when you need them.
What happens if I cancel my website project?
If you cancel before work starts, your payment is refunded less any payment processing fees incurred. After work starts, BMAD may retain payment for work completed up to cancellation and can provide partially completed work. Completed stages you have approved are not refundable under the project cancellation policy. Your quote contains the full terms.
What if my project needs to pause?
If content, approvals or feedback are outstanding for more than 30 days, the project may be placed on hold. Projects inactive for more than 90 days may be archived and require a new quote to restart.
What platform do you build on?
Our preferred approach is a modern, fast custom website built with clean code, without requiring a drag-and-drop builder. You can request your source code and move to another host or developer. If you prefer Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, BigCommerce or another platform, we can accommodate that too, within the agreed package scope. Hosting, platform subscriptions and any paid apps or integrations are confirmed separately before work begins, along with ownership and handover details for your chosen platform.

Agree your goals, page list, platform, content responsibilities and integrations. Confirm the scope, price and timeline in your quote. Work begins after upfront payment and receipt of the required materials.
2. Design and build
Shape the layout, messaging and customer journey around your business. Build a responsive website, with SEO foundations and the forms or features included in your package.
3. Test and launch
Review the website together, test the agreed functionality and check the mobile experience before launch. Confirm hosting, account access and handover.
4. Refine and grow
Request uncapped revisions during the 30 days after launch. Ongoing marketing, support and additional features can be scoped separately as your business grows.
